Chaimaa I

Chaimaa I is a Senior IT Business Analyst and Proxy Product Owner at AXA, where they plan and facilitate workshops, analyze business needs, and manage Agile ceremonies. Previously, they served as a Software Engineer at multiple companies, including AG2R LA MONDIALE and Gfi World, where they specialized in Java and BPM. Chaimaa holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science Methods Applied to Business Management, earned with honors from the Moroccan School of Engineering Sciences. They are also a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner 1.
