Chen CHEN is an internationally experienced professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Health at AXA Group. Previously, they held roles such as Brand Director at AXA TIANPING, where they established the AXA brand in the Chinese market and led a marketing team to accelerate health business transformation. Chen also contributed to the AXA Global Brand Team and managed global advertising operations across various segments. They have pursued education at prestigious institutions including ESSEC Business School and the University of Cambridge, and are currently working on a Master's degree in International Business Strategy and Management at ESSEC.
