Derval McDonagh

Derval McDonagh is currently the Chief People Officer at AXA Insurance Ireland, bringing extensive expertise in HR strategy and organizational change. They have a robust history in leadership positions, having served as Head of Human Resources at both the Central Bank of Ireland and Danske Bank, as well as HR Director at Ulster Bank. Prior to their executive roles, they worked as an HR manager at ACCBank. Derval holds a Master of Business Studies in Human Resources Development from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
