Dr. Stéphanie Roy is a Senior Learning Program Manager at AXA Group, where they drive global learning initiatives to foster a growth mindset within the organization. Previously, they served as a Senior Learning Specialist and Learning Project Manager at AXA Group Operations, ensuring the development of essential skills across business divisions. Dr. Roy’s earlier experience includes curatorial roles at The Alkazi Foundation for the Arts and as a Learning and Development Consultant at Valor Consultants Ltd. They earned a PhD in Art History from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, along with several other degrees in the same field from Université Paris Sorbonne.
