Eric Dibout

Eric Dibout serves as General Counsel & Chief Claims Officer at AXA Banque since January 2017, bringing approximately 20 years of experience in top-tier law firms and in-house senior roles within the financial services sector. Previously, Eric led the Group M&A Legal Team, managing a variety of projects including M&A transactions and strategic reorganizations. Notable previous positions include Of Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP and Senior Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Eric holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from New York University School of Law, a CAPA from the Ecole de Formation du Barreau, and a Master in Commercial and Tax Law from Paris-Sud University, alongside an education from ESCP Business School.
