Felix Stein

Felix Stein is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR Operations at AXA Schweiz since January 2021, and has held the position of Head of HR Service Center at AXA Winterthur since January 2005. Prior to these roles, Felix Stein was involved with Winterthur Life & Pensions, where responsibilities included serving as Head of Management Services and Head of Business Organization from April 1998 to December 2004. Academic qualifications include a lic. rer. pol. / master from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg (1986-1991), an Eidg. dipl. Leiter Human Resources from KV Schweiz (2007-2008), and a Schweizerisches Primarlehrerdiplom from Lehrerseminar St. Michael, Zug (1980-1985).
