Florian Pechon

Florian Pechon, PhD, has a robust background in actuarial science, holding a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Université catholique de Louvain attained in 2019. Prior to this, Florian completed a Master's degree in Actuariat with Grande Distinction and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with Distinction, both from Université libre de Bruxelles. Florian's professional experience includes a financial risk management internship at AXA in 2014 and a current role as a P&C Pricing Actuary at AXA since September 2019, following a PhD student position in actuarial science at Université catholique de Louvain from 2015 to 2019. Educational foundations were also laid at Lycée Technique de Bonnevoie and Lycée Michel Rodange Luxembourg, focusing on secondary education with an emphasis on Mathematics and Computer Science.
