Hadrien Lefebvre

Hadrien Lefebvre is currently the Head of Strategy at AXA France since 2024. They previously held the position of Chief of Staff to the Group CEO at Europ Assistance from 2022 to 2024 and were a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2021 to 2022. Hadrien has also worked as Chief Operating Officer and Investor at EasyMovie, an acquired B2B SaaS start-up, and has previous roles as an M&A Analyst at Lazard and a Brand Strategy Analyst at Dassault Systèmes. Hadrien earned multiple degrees, including a Master’s in General Management from HEC Paris and a Master’s in Strategy & International Management from the University of St.Gallen.
