Haejin Han

Haejin Han serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at AXA since January 2022. Prior to this role, Haejin held various leadership positions at Amway from March 2010 to January 2022, including Director of Digital, where responsibilities included overseeing digital strategy and establishing a digital organization, and Director of Information Technology, focusing on IT transformation and the implementation of a successful e-Commerce platform. Earlier experience was gained as Program Management Office Manager, responsible for developing operational plans and outsourcing strategies for Japan and Korea. Haejin started a career at LG CNS from January 2001 to February 2010 as a Senior Consultant, successfully delivering over 50 projects. Haejin's educational background includes attendance at Korea University and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
