Heiko Bausch

Heiko Bausch is currently the Head of Business Partner at AXA Konzern AG, where they have held various roles focusing on recruitment, employer branding, and training. Previously, Heiko worked at AXA as the Head of Talent Acquisition Partner and served as the Ausbildungsleiter, overseeing the training of approximately 150 apprentices from 2002 to 2006. Earlier in their career, Heiko was an Ausbilder at Allianz, training insurance professionals in both theoretical and practical aspects from 1999 to 2002. Heiko holds a degree as a Versicherungskaufmann from Allianz Versicherung AG, completed between 1991 and 1994.
