James Young

James Young is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation Tech Server Migration Lead at AXA since November 2018, James has demonstrated leadership as Projects Team Leader at AXA IT since January 2017 and previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at AXA Technology Services from November 2015 to January 2017. Prior to joining AXA, James was a Senior Manager in IT at PwC for over 15 years, where responsibilities included leading a team that delivered core applications to approximately 20,000 users across multiple regions and managing stakeholder requirements. James holds a First Class MSci degree in Physics from the University of Bristol, and has completed Chartered Accountancy training through the ICAEW as well as a Project Management course at The Open University.
