Jeff Lo

Jeff Lo is a project manager with extensive experience in system automation and process improvement across large-scale, cross-functional projects in the banking and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Process Excellence at AXA since 2016, they are focused on initiating Lean and process automation projects. Jeff has previously held significant roles, including Director of Metrics at AIA and Solvency II Project Manager at Prudential Corporation Asia.
