Jeronim Morina

Jeronim Morina is a seasoned professional in machine learning and software engineering, currently serving as a Senior MLOps Engineer at AXA since February 2019, where the development of AXA Germany's Machine Learning Platform has significantly improved model scalability and productivity for over 80 Data Scientists. Previously, Jeronim held roles such as Machine Learning Engineer at Zurich Gruppe Deutschland, focusing on impactful projects and the establishment of a GPU Deep Learning workstation, and Strategic Assistant to the COO, managing a portfolio of over 30 projects. Early career experience includes a Software Engineer position at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods, where contributions to psychological experiments resulted in several published scientific papers, as well as a brief tenure as a High School Teacher. Jeronim holds a Master of Science in Economathematics from the University of Cologne and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions like MIT and Tongji University.
