John Burgess is a passionate HR professional with extensive experience in the insurance and retail sectors. They served as Personnel & Training Manager at J Sainsbury plc from 1993 to 1999, and later held leadership roles at AXA, including Head of Talent, Development & Diversity & Inclusion from 2011 to 2016, and currently as Global Head of Capability at AXA Partners since 2019.
