Leandro Gonzalez

Leandro Gonzalez is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People & Culture Director at AXA Spain since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading the People & Culture strategy and operational plan for AXA XL Iberia and International Group Teams. Previously, Leandro held various senior HR roles within AXA, including Senior HRBP positions and Regional HRBP for EMEA-LATAM. Prior to joining AXA, Leandro worked at Grünenthal Group for over 13 years in diverse roles such as Head of Talent Management for Latin America and HR Director for different regions, focusing on strategic talent management and HR processes. Leandro's career also includes positions at Plastic Omnium and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, with a robust educational background featuring an Executive MBA from Esade and an advanced management program from the University of Miami.
