Lee Savin

Lee Savin has extensive experience in the insurance sector, specifically at AXA since November 1988. Currently serving as a Business Architect within the Claims Transformation Programme, Lee ensures alignment of the business architecture model with the programme vision and manages integration points across work streams. Previously, Lee has held various roles, including Claims Technology Strategy Manager and Claims Change Manager, where responsibilities encompassed setting technology strategy, overseeing claims changes, and managing stakeholder communications. Prior to AXA, Lee worked at Guardian Insurance, handling liability claims and leading a team of negotiators. Educational background includes attendance at Archbishop Grimshaw RC School.
