Léo Roesch

Léo Roesch is currently the Responsable Innovation et Impacts Societaux at AXA France, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Léo served as a conseiller chargé des retraites at the Cabinet du Ministre du Travail du Plein Emploi et de l'insertion from 2022 to 2023. Léo has also worked at the Direction générale du Trésor from 2015 to 2017 as an adjoint au chef de bureau politique industrielle, recherche et innovation, and as Responsable du Pôle Idées for En Marche from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Léo was a conseiller at the Cabinet du Secrétaire d'Etat aux Retraites et à la Santé au travail from 2019 to 2022. Léo holds multiple degrees in economics, including a Master in Public Policies and Development from Paris School of Economics, and has studied at other prestigious institutions such as the Ecole normale supérieure and the Université Panthéon Sorbonne.
