Lucky Issa has worked in the general insurance industry since 1998, holding various roles focused on claims and counter-fraud strategies. Currently, as a Claims - Counter Fraud Strategy Manager at AXA, Lucky is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance fraud detection and engaging stakeholders in the process. Previously, they served as a Claims Counter Fraud Strategy and Data Insights Analyst at AXA and managed teams in quality assurance and claims management. Lucky holds 8 GCSEs and 4 A Levels in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and General Studies from Bridgewater School.
