Luis Melo is a Technical Manager at AXA, where they lead the End User Services Team and oversee various projects aligned with global standards. With 23 years of experience in IT, Luis has previously served as a Systems Administrator at SIBS and worked in technical support roles at Claranet Portugal and CTT - Correios de Portugal. They started their career as a freelancer providing IT services to small offices and individuals, ultimately gaining expertise in managing extensive technological infrastructures. Luis holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
