Lukas Kiessling

Lukas Kiessling is a seasoned data engineer and economist currently serving as the Chapter Lead for Data Engineering at AXA. Previously, Lukas held the position of Senior Data Science/Data Engineering Consultant at Comma Soft AG, where they led a scrum team to enhance sustainability reporting features and optimized data processing for a client in the aerospace industry. Lukas's earlier experience includes roles as a researcher at the University of Bonn, where they received two excellence in teaching awards, and as a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods, where they supervised research projects and teams. With a solid educational background, including a Ph.D. from the University of Bonn, Lukas has consistently contributed to advancements in data engineering and analysis throughout their career.
