Mark Carpenter

Mark Carpenter is the Head of IT for the Emerging Customers Business Unit at AXA, leveraging over 30 years of experience in Financial Services IT. They have held various leadership roles, including Chief Architect positions, and have focused on enterprise architecture, business change leadership, and international IT program delivery. Mark previously worked as Chief Architect at Zurich Financial Services and has played key roles in AXA guiding technology strategies across life and health sectors. They earned "A" Levels in Maths, Physics, and French at Peter Symonds College and pursued a degree in Physics at the University of Exeter.
