Mark Strachan

Mark Strachan has extensive experience in the field of underwriting, with a career spanning several decades. Since June 2006, Mark has served as a Field Underwriter at AMP (formerly AXA), focusing on risk protection and collaboration with advisers to optimize outcomes for clients. Prior to this, Mark held various roles at Legal & General Australia Limited, including Field Underwriter and positions in Investment Marketing, Superannuation, and Sales Management, from 1974 to 1997. Mark also operated as a self-employed professional at Seahaven Enterprises from July 1999 to January 2005 and worked as an Underwriter at Suncorp from January 2005 to June 2006. Mark's career includes experience as a Field Underwriter at Colonial Life from 1997 to 1999, following the acquisition of Legal & General. Mark holds a Diploma of Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia, earned between 1997 and 2000.
