Michenaud Florence

Michenaud Florence is currently the Head of Transformation & Transversal Projects at AXA's IARD Services Division. From 2017 to 2022, they served as Director of HR Services and General Secretariat at AXA France, overseeing a team of 176 collaborators across various HR functions. Prior to this, Michenaud held multiple roles at AXA, including Director of Management Control for Property & Casualty and Director of Collective Retirement Product Design. They began their career at AXA Entreprises, leading claims management for automotive and damages. Michenaud holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Université Grenoble Alpes and is pursuing further studies in Actuarial Science at the Institut de Statistique de l'Université de Paris.
