Nils Heimbach

Nils Heimbach is currently serving as an Aktuar in Pricing & Portfoliosteuerung at AXA since December 2024, focusing on Home, Living & Accident actuarial products. Prior to this role, Nils gained experience at KPMG Deutschland as a Werkstudent in IT-Consulting for the Public Sector, where responsibilities included the design and optimization of IT infrastructures and SAP systems along with strategic cost-benefit analyses. Nils also conducted a Bachelor thesis at CONET, analyzing profitability assessment approaches in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA and coordinating expert interviews for process optimization recommendations. Most recently, Nils completed a Master thesis at TESAT, developing a machine learning algorithm for anomaly detection, along with participation in a data visualization project using ORACLE APEX. Nils holds a Master of Science in Data Engineering and Consulting from Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hochschule Niederrhein.
