Nils Romier

Nils Romier is the Group Head of Learning at AXA, where they define and implement the global learning strategy to support people and business growth. Their extensive background includes roles as a Business Development Advisor for Start-Ups and Senior Consultant in Human Capital at Deloitte. Previously, Nils served as Chief Commercial Officer EMEA at Learning Tribes and held positions such as HR International Business Analyst at Groupe Danone. They also founded and led LearnShaker from 2021 to 2023. Nils holds master's degrees in Business Administration from both Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
