Pat Brady

Pat Brady has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of HR Services at AXA UK since January 2002, where responsibilities include providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on people-related topics and leading the implementation of Peoplesoft HCM 9. Previously, Pat held the position of Head of Learning & Development, managing strategic program development and working with the CII for accreditation of Talent programs. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Claims for Property & Lifestyle Protection at AXA Insurance, focusing on commercial property claims and various insurance services.
