Patrick Marti

Patrick Marti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global process and program management within AXA and AXA Technology Services. Currently serving as Global Process Owner since December 2016, Patrick focuses on implementing operational processes for AXA's private cloud while leveraging existing global processes and operating models. Previously, as Global Program Manager, Patrick successfully transformed the Mainframe Organization into a Global Service Organization, overseeing organizational design, operating models, and global collaboration across regions including Europe, the US, and Japan. Earlier roles included Operations Manager, where Patrick established and improved operational procedures in the UK and Switzerland, achieving significant improvements in service availability. Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Augsburg and Post Graduate and Graduate degrees in Economics and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich.
