Phil Lamb

Phil Lamb is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience in information security management. Currently serving as Senior IT Security Manager at AXA since May 2022, Phil previously held the position of Manager Information Security Risk Assurance at AIB Group from October 1984 to May 2022. In this role, responsibilities included enforcing information security standards, managing various security programs, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with compliance teams. Phil has also contributed to employee awareness initiatives and represented the UK in multiple security committees. Early career experience includes technical support and infrastructure project management, as well as mainframe operations at AIB Group UK plc. Phil holds a diploma in Project Management and has a strong foundation in IT and security protocols.
