Rafael Leal

Rafael Leal is currently the Head of Operations & Commercial Director at AXA, where they manage financial tasks and oversee budgeting and financial planning. Prior to this role, they served in various strategic positions at AXA, including Director of Commercial Strategy and Service Delivery and Director of Global Efficiencies. Rafael gained valuable experience as a Senior Manager in Strategy and Project Management at American Express from 2008 to 2013, and has also held roles such as Risk Manager at Vitro and Entrepreneur at Maquinas Innovadoras.
