Raphaël Henriey

Raphaël Henriey is a growth hacker with extensive experience in digital learning solutions, innovation, and big data at AXA since December 2013. Prior to that, Raphaël freelanced for over six years, working on projects related to digital learning, gamification, digital marketing, coaching, mentoring, and analytics. As Chief Technology Officer and Founder at Hils from January 2004 to September 2007, responsibilities included innovation, team management, learning solutions design, sales, product management, and content development. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Millenium, overseeing development teams and product management from September 2000 to December 2003, and working as a multimedia developer at HyperOffice, contributing to multimedia and web development projects in eLearning from May 1999 to September 2000. Raphaël holds a DUT in Services et Réseaux de Communication from UTBM, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
