Serge Kouassi

Serge Kouassi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT audit and management. Since September 2009, Serge has held various positions at AXA, including Head of IT Generalist Audit and IT Audit Manager, while also serving as Domain Manager for Enterprise Architecture and eHosting, and ITSM Project Leader. Prior experience includes serving as Partner Management and IT Security Project Manager at Nortel from April 2000 to September 2009, Project Manager at Neurones (January 1999 to April 2000), and Pre-sales Engineer at Lexmark International, Inc. (June 1996 to December 1999). Serge holds an MBA from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, earned between 2003 and 2004, and an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers, completed in 1995, along with a Math Sup, Spé degree from Jean Baptiste Say (1989-1992).
