Silke Zander is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in sales strategy, business ethics, change management, and leadership. Since November 2025, Zander has served as the Head of Broker Sales in Germany at AXA Konzern AG, where they focus on the strategic development of the brokerage business, emphasizing trust, responsibility, and impact within a culture of collaboration. Zander previously held various leadership roles at Allianz and Allianz Trade, where they built national sales teams and successfully implemented change processes.
