Sonia Castro

Sonia Castro is the Directora RRHH Territorial Cataluña at AXA Seguros España. They began their career as a Gestor de Atención al Cliente at Winterthur Insurance from 2002 to 2006, managing customer inquiries and policy modifications. At AXA, Sonia has held various roles, including Experto Técnico and Manager, and contributed to training new hires while also participating in the implementation of the Siebel 8 tool. They have been a Formadora at AXA Seguros España since 2021.
