Sujay Sahu

Sujay Sahu is an experienced professional in actuarial services and analytics with a strong background in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Lead for Actuarial Services & Analytics at AXA since June 2024, Sujay previously held the position of Vice President, Head of Research & Analytics at Safe Security from June 2020 to July 2024. Notably, Sujay's tenure at Swiss Re spanned over a decade, where roles included Vice President and Assistant Vice President, focusing on building pricing teams, developing costing tools, and providing training for underwriters in treaty costing and pricing, particularly within the non-life and marine sectors. Earlier career experience includes analyst roles at Genpact and NeuralTechSoft, where Sujay contributed to portfolio analysis and pricing tool enhancements. Sujay holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, obtained in 2004.
