Thomas Mathieu currently serves as the Head of Strategic Planning & Transversal Controlling at AXA Belgium, where they work in the FP&A team after completing a 3-year management traineeship. Thomas graduated with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Engineering, majoring in Finance, from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and participated in an exchange program at The University of Lethbridge. They passed CFA Level I in May 2021 and completed the Emerging Leaders Program in 2022, co-organized by SDA Bocconi and ESMT Berlin. Earlier experience includes a Financial Auditor Internship at PwC Luxembourg.
