Thomas Mougard is currently the Head of Group Cash & Capital Management. They have previously held significant roles at AXA from 2017 to 2020, including Head of Private Debt and Structured Investments, as well as various managerial positions in mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consulting Actuary at AUDEA and spent time at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking as a Trading Assistant. Thomas earned their degree in engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and pursued further education in actuarial science at the Centre d'Études Actuarielles.
