Tilly Pride

Tilly Pride currently serves as the Chief HR and Communications Officer for European Markets & Global Health and Group Head of Executive Talent Management and Resourcing at AXA, a leading global insurer. With a focus on executive leadership assessment and development, Tilly contributes to strengthening AXA's leadership pipeline, aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Prior to this, Tilly held various leadership roles at AXA Investment Managers, including Global Head of Talent and Global Head of Learning & Organisational Development, where expertise in talent management and learning strategies was developed. Earlier experience includes L&D Consultant at The Law Society and Freelance Trainer specializing in technology implementations, alongside leading customer service teams at Calor Gas. Tilly holds a Master's degree in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge Executive Education and a BSc Hons in Geography & French from Coventry University.
