Torsten Schmidt

Torsten Schmidt is currently the Head of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits at AXA, a position held since 2023. Previously, Torsten served as Teamleiter People Experience Operations - Payroll and Leiter Payroll Coordination & Communication at AXA from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, Torsten worked at REWE Group from 2017 to 2019 as Teamleiter (stv. FBL) Personalbetreuung and in roles related to payroll processing and coordination. Torsten holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Economic Psychology from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, earned from 2014 to 2018.
