Usha S has extensive experience in operational excellence, quality assurance, and process improvement, currently serving as Head of Operational Excellence, Innovation, and BPM at AXA since August 2020, while also holding the position of Global Quality Assurance Head for Finance, Accounting, and Procurement at Conduent since December 2018. Previous roles include Delivery Head at Teamlease Services Limited, where Usha managed end-to-end operations and led various operational excellence projects, and Associate General Manager at MModal Global Services, overseeing worldwide operations support across multiple delivery centers.
