Varsha Pathak is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Manager - HR Business Partner at AXA since July 2017. With a robust background in HR business partnering, Varsha has expertise in managing the entire employee life cycle, from on-boarding to separation, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations. Prior experience includes Senior Executive HR at RSA, where key initiatives such as the successful implementation of campus recruitment and new hire orientation programs were achieved. Varsha began the HR career as an HR & Admin Assistant at GE Oil & Gas, contributing to recruitment, employee engagement, and learning & development. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University Noida and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi.
