Farrell Dolan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sales and business management across the automotive and tire industries. Currently serving as the Strategic Sales Director for EMEA at Axalta since May 2019, Farrell is responsible for driving Refinish Strategic Sales across the region. Previously held roles include Global M&A Integration Director at Axalta, overseeing the integration of U-POL post-acquisition, and Managing Director for Northern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on market growth and strategic partnerships. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Bridgestone Americas, where Farrell directed the Consumer Business Unit for Northern Europe, and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, managing retail operations for the UK and Ireland. Other professional roles include positions at Scania Group and PSA Peugeot Citroën, where Farrell progressed through various management positions.
