Caroline Lundgaard

Caroline Lundgaard is a Director at Axcel, where they have been contributing since 2025. Previously, they held roles as an Associate Director at Axcel and as an Investment Professional at Adelis Equity Partners from 2017 to 2024. Caroline also served as an Analyst in Corporate Finance at Handelsbanken Capital Markets between 2015 and 2017. Their early career includes positions as a Student Assistant in Corporate Analysis at Nykredit and various consulting roles there from 2010 to 2014. Caroline completed their education with a Master’s in Economics and Finance from the University of Copenhagen and another Master’s in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, in addition to a BSc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
