Sarah Hempel

Sarah Hempel has a diverse professional background in sustainability, corporate strategy, and management consulting. Sarah currently holds the position of Head Of Sustainability at Axcel since September 2020. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Novozymes for six years, where Sarah held various roles including Head of Global Sustainability Strategy & Governance. Sarah also has experience at LEGO Group, McKinsey & Company, and Danfoss Japan. Sarah holds a MSc in International Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School, a CEMS Master's in Management from HEC Paris, and has a degree in International Business Administration, Asian Studies, and Japanese Language from Copenhagen Business School.
