Amelia Hayson

Amelia Hayson currently serves as the Head of Professional Services at aXcelerate, responsible for directing the department's strategic vision and managing customer implementations and major projects. With prior experience as the Head of Customer Experience at LEARNT GROUP and Lead Technologist at VETNexus, Hayson has held various leadership positions in customer success and education, including Co-Founder of Success Society, the largest Customer Success Group in APAC. Hayson's past roles also include Manager of Customer Education at ReadyTech, Head of Customer Success at Vygo, and Senior Customer Success Manager at Instructure. Hayson holds several educational qualifications, including a B. Business Management from QUT and multiple diplomas focusing on management and human resources. Furthermore, Hayson is currently pursuing a Professional Certification in Full-Stack Engineering from Codecademy.
