Leo Lloyd

Leo Lloyd is a seasoned software engineer specializing in artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at aXcelerate since February 2024. Prior experience includes working as an AI & Machine Learning Engineer at Humyn.ai, contributing to a competitive platform for data experts from April 2022 to February 2024. Leo has also successfully completed various freelance contracts between March 2022 and October 2023, providing technical expertise and developing MVPs. Previously, as Technical Lead at Pedigrees360, Leo developed a platform utilizing Applied Machine Learning for predicting genetic potential in thoroughbred racehorses. Additional roles include Machine Learning Researcher at the University of Canterbury and Robotics Software Intern at Connected Robotics Inc. Leo holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury, completed in November 2020.
