Reay Mackay

Reay Mackay has extensive experience in technical production, leadership, and management across various organizations. Beginning a career at Channel 9 Brisbane as an Audio & Video Production Technician from January 1979 to December 1980, Mackay later transitioned to IBM Australia as a Marketing Representative from January 1981 to November 1991. From 1992 to present, Mackay has been with aXcelerate, initially serving as Managing Director until June 2021 and currently as Chairperson of the Board, responsible for board development and strategic planning. Mackay also held the position of Managing Director at VM Learning from 1992 to November 2010, overseeing marketing, sales, and organizational development. Additionally, Mackay is currently Chairperson of the Board at VisionTek - Advanced Training, Custom Solutions, and possesses academic credentials including an MBA in Human Resource Management from Deakin University and a Diploma of Company Directors from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
