Jon Chen

Jon Chen is a skilled process engineer with extensive experience in metrology and semiconductor technologies. Currently serving as a Process Engineer - Metrology at Axcelis Technologies since July 2022, Jon previously held a similar role at IPG Photonics from January 2015 to July 2022. Jon began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at the University at Albany, SUNY, from August 2013 to December 2014. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nanoscale Engineering from the University at Albany, obtained in 2014.
