Mark Harris

Mark Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and business development. Since February 2001, Mark has held the position of Vice President of Process Technology at Axcelis Technologies, where responsibilities include managing the ion implant Process Engineering and Equipment Engineering groups. Prior to this role, Mark contributed to Market America from 2002 to April 2015 in business development, working with an internet marketing platform that integrates over 30 million products and services. Mark's career began as an Environmental Engineer at TerraGraphics Environmental Engineering from 1993 to 1996. Mark holds an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho, where studies were completed between 1993 and 1994, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho, earned from 1988 to 1993.
