Todd Sutton

Todd Sutton started their career as a Staff Accountant at Anstiss & Company, P.C. in 1985 and later became a Senior Accountant at Gordon Harrington and Osborn, P.C. in 1987. Todd then joined PRI Automation in 1992, where they progressively grew to become a Divisional Controller. In 2000, they started working at Contact East as a Controller, responsible for cash management, budgeting, and credit activities. After that, they joined Cyrk as a Controller, tasked with revamping financial operations. From 2003 to 2010, they worked at Phase Forward, Inc. as a Director of Accounting, overseeing financial processes and compliance. Next, they joined Oracle in 2010 as a Director of Accounting, M&A Integration, managing the integration of Phase Forward, Inc. into Oracle's financial organization. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Consultant, providing senior accounting consulting services to companies in various industries. Lastly, Todd Sutton joined Axcelis Technologies in 2014 and held roles including Senior Director of Accounting and Vice President and Corporate Controller.

Todd Sutton attended Saint Michael's College from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
