Luc Sirois

Luc Sirois serves as the Executive Director at Conseil de l'innovation du Québec and holds multiple leadership roles, including President and founding member of Axelys and Chief Innovation Officer for the Quebec government. With extensive experience in healthcare innovation, Sirois co-founded Hacking Health, fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals and technology experts. Previous positions include Executive Director at Prompt, where Sirois facilitated university-industry partnerships, and Vice-President roles at TELUS and Nightingale Informatix, focusing on consumer health and electronic medical records markets. Sirois’s academic credentials include a PhD in Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Strasbourg, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
